I purchase a new car every few years and finding a great dealership is hard to do. I recently had the pleasure of doing business with Jim Hardman. My experience exceeded my expectations. From the moment I emailed Michael Anderson about a vehicle I was interested in all the way through my purchase and the financing. I couldn't be more satisfied. The customer service was fantastic. Michael Anderson went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met. Also, working with Sharon Redmon-Frank was an absolute pleasure. Jim Hardman is a great example of how a car dealership should operate. I highly recommend them!

Needed repair of broken side mirror. Brandy, service rep., asked shop to check to see if mirror could be repaired but technician confirmed it needed to be replaced. Part was ordered and was notified it arrived as scheduled. Dropped off the vehicle and was given a ride to my office. Within minutes of arriving, received call that mirror had been replaced and truck was ready to go. Much faster service than anticipated. Thank you!
